TriPeaks Solitaire: instructions and practice

Open TriPeaks Solitaire, check the instructions and begin a round. Remove all three peaks from the tableau. Check the relevant rule before repeating a move. Read the objective before making your first input. Look at what changes after your first action.

Three-peak covered layout with a single-pass draw stock. Free solo play, no wagering.

Practice beyond the first move

Read one step at a time and try it on the playing area. Match the instruction to the control you use. Use the example to check your reasoning.

Understand the aim

Remove all three peaks from the tableau. Keep that objective in view throughout the round. The example below illustrates a decision.

Work through the instructions

  1. Take an exposed card one rank above or below the waste top. Ace and king connect in this edition.
  2. Click an exposed card or eligible pair to remove it.
  3. Draw when useful.
  4. Undo reverses a choice. New deal shuffles again.

Your inputs

Click or tap cards and piles. Wide tableaus scroll inside the game; use Undo, Hint and New deal where shown. Keep the playing area visible while using these controls. Look at the feedback after the action.

Follow the example

Waste 7 accepts exposed 6 or 8. Your next round may have a different position, so inspect it before acting. Look for the relevant detail.

Avoid this misunderstanding

Random deals are not guaranteed solvable. A hint is a legal move, not a winning strategy. Read the feedback to see why an action did not have the expected result. Watch the feedback after an action. A message can explain whether the input was accepted or whether a rule needs attention.
